Your job is to turn every call into a five-star experience, keep the schedule tight, and support the team so they can knock it out of the park on every visit. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls with energy, empathy, and professionalism Make outbound calls to schedule jobs, follow up on service, or check customer satisfaction Coordinate service and maintenance calls efficiently Support dispatch with real-time updates and job tracking Monitor field team timing and flag delays Verify payment collection and process invoices Log every customer interaction accurately in ServiceTitan Follow up with customers after service is complete and send review requests Be a problem solver, find ways to fix issues and leave customers happy Own your performance: track your KPIs and keep leveling up What We’re Looking For Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or a home services company (required) ServiceTitan experience (highly preferred) Strong phone communication skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay cool under pressure Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, you’ll be juggling software, calls, and dispatch boards Reliable, self-driven, and comfortable working independently from home Performance Goals (KPIs) Inbound Booking Rate: 90% Outbound Booking Rate: 20% Call Queue Time: <60 seconds Cancellation Rate: <10% Club Membership Retention: 90% Why Join Christmas Air?
