On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Credit Analyst who will play a key role in evaluating the creditworthiness of customers and vendors, enabling sound financial decisions that balance growth with risk management. The analyst will work closely with the sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure credit decisions align with the company’s risk policies and commercial objectives. Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Credit Risk Assessment Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other data to assess credit risk for commercial clients across multiple geographies. Conduct in-depth industry, sector, and counterparty analysis to evaluate trends and risks relevant to equipment financing. Make well-supported recommendations on credit limits, payment terms, and deal structures. Client Approval Structuring Prepare comprehensive credit proposals for submission to credit committees. Work collaboratively with sales and vendor partners to structure financing deals that are commercially viable and within risk appetite. Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting Monitor credit exposures, identify early warning signs, and escalate high-risk cases. Assist in developing risk models, credit scoring tools, and reporting dashboards. Collections & Accounts Receivable Proactively manage and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding). Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and facilitate payment arrangements. Maintain accurate records of collection activities and prepare regular aging reports for senior management. Compliance & Policy Adherence Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements (local and international).
Ideal Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis, ideally within asset finance, leasing, or commercial lending. Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and corporate credit assessment. Familiarity with equipment finance products (e.g., lease, hire purchase, vendor finance) is a strong plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with credit management systems or risk analytics tools preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear credit rationales. Strong attention to detail, time management, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage. Experience working in a multinational or cross-border finance environment. Knowledge of global credit standards and frameworks (e.g., Basel III, IFRS 9).
Working Hours
