We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team! **Lead generation** - Extract, analyze, and compare date from our lead generation sources - Analyze and select quality leads - Assign to the sales team - Measure performance and follow up - Develop strategies to optimize the process - Provide data-driven actionable insights to our marketers and practitioners to improve on campaign success - Develop static and dynamic dashboards, interactive reports, charts, and graphs based on business needs and according to established quality standards - Have the ability and desire to learn new ways to analyze and report on existing data, whether through visualization or other consideration - Collaborate with the internal data teams to ensure all major data-related projects are completed optimally & tracked accurately. - Understand technical requirements for digital projects and lead analytics implementation (data layer creation, tag deployment, testing, report building) **Marketing Campaign** - Extract, analyze, and report on key data that showcases effectiveness of campaigns and tactics - Provide data-driven actionable insights to our marketers and practitioners to improve on campaign success - Develop static and dynamic dashboards, interactive reports, charts, and graphs based on business needs and according to established quality standards - Have the ability and desire to learn new ways to analyze and report on existing data, whether through visualization or other consideration - Collaborate with the internal data teams to ensure all major data-related projects are completed optimally & tracked accurately. - Understand technical requirements for digital projects and lead analytics implementation (data layer creation, tag deployment, testing, report building) **Reporting and statistics** - Extract, analyze, compare date from KPI reports - Develop static and dynamic dashboards, interactive reports, charts, and graphs based on business needs and according to established quality standards - Develop strategies to optimize the process **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree required in Business and/or a degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Analytics or Math - 2 years of experience in Campaign reporting/Analytics, digital analytics - Experience working with web analytics packages (e.g. Primarily using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), and with various marketing channels to scope and implement their technical tracking requirements - Experience using data visualization/BI tools (ie. Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage - Demonstrated technical aptitude (i.e., use of software tools, coding experience, Excel, etc.) - Proven analytical, systematic and logical problem-solving skills, with a curious mindset - Ability to translate large volume of data into meaningful insights - Commitment to ongoing professional development, learning and growth - Ability to work with all levels of an organization - Motivated, self-starter, independent and proactive - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross functional, virtual teams English proficiency - C1 level **Salary**: From $3,500,000 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Cundinamarca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Language**: - English (C1 level) (required)
