This role involves collecting and analyzing large datasets to enable visualization, insights, and data-driven decision-making within our Executive Reporting team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decisions. Gather and analyze requirements, and provide consultation and solution design. Conduct UAT, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to reporting tools. Engage with end-users to communicate insights and educate on data usage. Implement and manage KPIs to deliver impactful insights across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and integrity. Support the development of SOPs, reference materials, and documentation. Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Experience with data/analytics tools such as SQL, BI, Power Apps. Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering. Ability to work across teams to improve data availability and quality.
