About the Role As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play an integral part in designing and building MVP products for our clients. Working independently with a high degree of ownership, you’ll utilize your product discovery skills and work hands-on in Figma to deliver user-centric solutions. This role emphasizes deep collaboration with front-end engineers and stakeholders to ensure the development of intuitive, impactful, and scalable products. Responsibilities Create product designs in Figma and contribute to building and maintaining a robust design system. Drive product discovery, requirement definition, and user analysis for each new engagement. Utilize good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Present case studies, UX documentation, and other key artifacts during interviews and client-facing sessions. About You Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Product Designer, with strong UI and UX design expertise. Proficient with Figma and Sketch, with demonstrated experience creating and managing design systems. Strong skills in product discovery, user research, and requirements gathering. Experience working side-by-side with front-end engineers, especially on MVP products. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
