If so, we are looking for a Legal Demand Writer – Paralegal to join our team. About the Role: In this role, your main responsibility will be drafting demand letters for clients. These letters must be professional, persuasive, and legally accurate, making strong writing skills essential. You will also work closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure each letter is supported with the right facts and follows legal procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Draft Demand Letters: Write clear, persuasive, and legally accurate demand letters for client cases. - Research & Support: Use case details and legal research to strengthen letters. - Work With Legal Team: Coordinate with attorneys and case managers to ensure accuracy. - Gather Case Information: Collect and confirm client details needed for each letter. - Organize Documents: Maintain demand letters and case files in an orderly way. Qualifications: Experience: - Proven experience writing demand letters is required - 1–2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred - Experience with legal firm tools such as MyCase, CasePeer, Filevine, or other case management software is strongly preferred - Background in Personal Injury, Employment Law or Lemon Law is a plus Skills: - Strong legal writing skills (clear, concise, professional) - Good organization and communication abilities - Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple cases at once - Familiarity with legal terms and consumer protection procedures preferred Technical Requirements: - Computer or Laptop with Windows 10/11 or MacOS - Dual monitors for increased productivity - Hardwired internet (Ethernet only, no Wi-Fi) - USB headset with microphone (no Bluetooth, wireless, or 3.5mm) - Internet speed: minimum 25mbps download / 10mbps upload If you have experience writing demand letters and using legal firm tools, and you want to grow your career in a supportive legal team, we’d love to hear from you.
