This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing large amounts of data to enable visualization, insights, and data-driven decision-making within the organization. - We're looking for someone with experience in data/analytics tools: SQL advanced, BI advanced, Python intermediate. - You'll be working closely with stakeholders and users to understand the data flow and usage between applications. - As part of our End-to-End lifecycle of the Dashboard/reports team, you'll be involved in gathering requirements and consultation/solution design. Key Responsibilities: - Conducts and leads UAT, troubleshooting and resolution. - Engage with end-users, communicate and educate them about the dashboard/report. - Implementation and management of cross-functional performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver related insights, seeking to drive significant impact and value enabled through data-driven decisions across the business. - Work collaboratively with Lead Business Intelligence Consultant or Supervisor to plan and deliver analysis to operational management – analysis includes information surrounding root cause, impact assessment and identifying key areas for possible process improvement. - Packaging complex & ambiguous information to drive forward actionable insights. - Leverage data and information structure to ensure - single source of truth. - Improve the data availability by acting as a Subject Matter Expert between cross-functional teams. - Ensure data accuracy, timeliness and validation prior to presentation. - Support business solution requirements and partner with the development and application delivery teams on developing reports/dashboards to feed into daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and dashboards. - Works closely with multi-department Subject Matter Experts to support effective reporting and assist with testing for updates/improvements to existing business systems. - Develop reference materials for mapping and cross-referencing, creating methods for monitoring and reporting data incidents. - Author documentation for SOPs and the knowledge base. - Create playbooks around the role and deliverables. - Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries. - Break down functional silos to drive measurable business results. - Maintain confidentiality.
