What You’ll Do Store Openings & Operational Support Spearhead new store launches with franchisees, coordinating everything from setup to team training and system implementation (e.g., POS, inventory, recipes). Ensure seamless pre- and post-opening support, setting locations up for immediate success. Be the go-to partner for franchise owners, fostering trust and collaboration. Quality Control & Performance Audits Conduct store evaluations and mystery shopper audits to uphold our high brand standards. Deliver actionable performance insights and drive improvements to keep operations running smoothly. Champion best practices in quality control, especially with perishable goods like coffee and food items. Hands-On Store Involvement & Team Leadership Roll up your sleeves and work directly with store managers and teams to boost efficiency and service quality. Inspire a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence across all locations. Provide real-time support to tackle operational hurdles alongside franchisees. Create and roll out clear, repeatable workflows to ensure consistency across our franchise network. Design engaging training programs that empower teams to excel in customer service and operations. Performance Monitoring & Process Optimization Use KPIs and analytics tools to spot inefficiencies and drive data-backed improvements. Lead initiatives that elevate franchise performance and customer satisfaction. Cross-Department Collaboration & Strategic Planning Team up with Sales, HR, and Design to align operations with company-wide goals. Play a key role in shaping long-term strategies for franchise growth and market success. Problem-Solving & Rapid Decision-Making Tackle challenges head-on, from supply chain hiccups to staffing shortages, with quick, effective solutions. Stay cool under pressure and keep operations on track, no matter what comes your way. Who You Are Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years in operations management within food & beverage, retail, franchising, or hospitality. Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of store operations, perishable food management, and customer service excellence. Tech Skills: Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel, Lightspeed POS, and other operational tools. Language: Advanced English (C1/C2 level)—you’ll need it to connect with our global team and partners. Leadership: A natural leader with strong communication skills and a talent for building relationships.
