Job Title: Manager, Product Management - SSO000174 Overview: The Network Behavior Management team is seeking a Manager, Product Management responsible for ideation, development, and technical management of programs and services aimed at enhancing network performance and ecosystem activity. This role involves managing existing programs for identifying, detecting, and preventing improper network performance, as well as leveraging AI & ML for new product development. Opportunity: In this position, you will: 1. Manage a set of Transaction Processing Excellence (TPE) programs, overseeing daily operations. TPEs are global initiatives designed to promote behavior and compliance with Mastercard Rules, Standards, and Best Practices. 2. Ensure TPE programs effectively drive the expected behavior and compliance, collaborating closely with regional teams and major customers. 3. Identify and lead enhancements to existing programs to improve their effectiveness or scope. 4. Lead the development of new programs and services from design to implementation. 5. Communicate and socialize program changes and new initiatives with regions and stakeholders. 6. Support the incubation of new ideas, leading to credible product innovations aligned with the global network strategy. 7. Utilize statistical and business insights to design analyses supporting business and customer needs.
