Experience in: Project Management lifecycle: Scope of Work, Cost Estimation, Procurement, Bidding Process, Scheduling, Project Control, Contractor Supervision, and Start-up. Managing projects for Utilities, Fire Protection Systems, Lightning Protection, and Purified Water Systems. Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and industry best practices. Participate in defining and evolving project roles and objectives. Ensure clear understanding of project goals across teams. Coordinate with department staff and team leaders for ongoing input and feedback. Maintain the master project plan and schedule. Recommend operational or process improvements. Support management with project management expertise and special projects. Manage and direct project support staff if applicable. Conduct performance reviews and provide career guidance. Lead or participate in focus area projects and prepare updates and presentations. Generate complex reports using various resources. Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulatory requirements and company policies. Participate in meetings and interdepartmental activities.
