**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Go-to-Market and Platform Sales Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). Key Responsibilities: - Represent LAC in global go-to-market initiatives and support the deployment of key sales enablers across the region. - Drive strategic initiatives for Services in LAC and serve as a focal point in close collaboration with other Services areas in LAC. - Enable and organize Platform Sales efforts across LAC with shared revenue responsibility for sales, accelerate cross-selling, user pay, and recurring revenue. **About You** This role requires strong networking and relationship building skills, ability to navigate across the internal organization to accelerate collaboration and influence across matrixed reporting structures. Additionally, this position demands creative problem-solving skills, ability to connect the dots across sales teams and platforms, to coordinate and optimize sales efforts within a region, identify cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue-generating initiatives. We seek an individual with a strong track record of delivering results, a sense of urgency, and excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
