About the Role Zoe Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trading Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and reconcile daily trading activities across multiple platforms to ensure data integrity. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve trade discrepancies and settlement issues promptly. - Maintain and improve operational workflows related to trade execution and post-trade processes. - Assist in the development and implementation of tools to enhance trading efficiency and reporting accuracy. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to trading operations Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in trading operations or a similar role within the financial services industry. - Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and financial instruments. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with trading platforms and reconciliation tools. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - 1+ year of experience in working in an in-house start-up environment, tech start-up experience preferred.
