Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Conocimiento de plataformas CRM o de gestión de clientes (deseable). Orientación al detalle, capacidad analítica y habilidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de información. Proactividad, autonomía y capacidad para resolver problemas.
