Job summary We are looking for a Compliance Expert, who has: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business management or related fields Previous exposure to activities related to regulatory compliance, financial products/services regulatory matters and/or risk management/NFR in a financial or tech company or Consulting firm for at least 10 years; No Legal background (to complement existing team's profile) Interpretation and strong logical thinking; Ability to summarize the main changes/to-do's of a new rule; Experience in testing Experience working in structuring and measuring KPIs/KRIs, presenting information in dashboards and reports format Excellent communication skills: structured and objective - to liaise with senior management Negotiation and prioritization skills Fluent English.
