What You Can Expect The Program Specialist will be responsible for project and program management within the AMERICAS Transformation Management Office (TMO). This includes coordinating daily activities, guiding stakeholders on TMO policies and processes, overseeing project and transition staff, and collaborating with other departments and leaders while providing technical support to project teams. How You'll Create Impact Serve as the secondary contact for all project management inquiries. Coordinate execution of the AMERICAS GBS Program status updates, reporting, budgeting, and meetings. Drive accountability across operational plans with stakeholders and process owners. Document project creation, development, execution, scope, budget, and justification. Draft and improve PMO policies, processes, and templates. Coordinate process transitions and timelines aligned with program goals. Monitor key operational metrics. Produce presentations and deliverables for stakeholders. Collaborate with international partners to improve effectiveness. Build relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations daily. Report issues, risks, and delays to the Regional PMO. Report directly to the AMER PMO Regional Associate Director. What Makes You Stand Out Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of business drivers, benefits, costs, and approaches for GBS and Shared Services organizations. Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and mitigation. Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail in analytics, presentations, and communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure. Ability to work independently. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field. At least one year of experience in fast-paced, analytical, project-based roles, preferably in professional services or multinational organizations. Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
