Responsibilities: The Credit & Collections Analyst must be responsible, skilled in Microsoft Office, resourceful in finding solutions, and possess high-level spoken and written English skills. Logical and mathematical skills are essential for working with invoice histories of large clients. Experience in customer service and call handling is required. Handle various calls regarding general customer inquiries. Make outbound calls to suspended customers with open accounts receivable. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties. Process a high volume of invoice write-offs. Respond via email to internal and external customer requests. Requirements: Education: Majors in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields are preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience. Demonstrated financial skills. Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Accurate and detail-oriented. Excellent English skills: verbal, written, and listening.
