Inviting applications for Assistant Manager, Payroll Operations Specialist We are looking for a Payroll Operations Specialist, whose objective is to support management from an operational, analytical, and tactical standpoint by handling stakeholder requests, solving team questions, auditing and controlling activities on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Process and manage end-to-end payroll for a diverse employee base using ADP EV5 for US team. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and guidelines. Ensure payroll-related data from internal applications interfaces into the payroll system before payroll deadline. Document and maintain global process blueprints and procedures, including local exceptions and changes. Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy within the payroll system. Qualifications Minimum qualifications Experience processing payroll for US employees. Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills. Familiarity with SOX controls framework and auditing concepts. Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve simple to complex problems. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, key business partners, and team members. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or Industrial Engineering.
