We are looking for a Civil or Industrial Engineer or similar, with solid field experience and a commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities Implement traffic management plans: Supervise plans to ensure smooth traffic flow, minimize impact on mobility, and guarantee safety. Traffic analysis: Evaluate vehicular and pedestrian flow, proposing alternatives to improve circulation during project phases. Field supervision: Ensure correct execution of traffic plans on-site, conducting regular visits and adjusting strategies as needed. Staff training: Educate operators and field personnel on traffic procedures and signals to promote safety. Reporting: Generate reports on traffic plan status, documenting observations and corrective measures. Incident management: Address traffic-related issues and propose quick, effective solutions. Requirements Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering or related fields. At least 4 years of specific experience in implementing traffic management plans for infrastructure projects. Deep knowledge of current traffic regulations and best practices in traffic management. Effective communication skills and ability to work with different teams, community actors, and authorities. Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments while maintaining quality. Willingness to travel as required by the project.
