Responsibilities - The Latin America Payroll Manger will be responsible for leading, directing payroll related activities associated with the end-to-end payroll cycle for LATAM. - These activities include but are not limited to coordinating efforts with third party vendors (Local Payroll Vendors) labor relations, Human Resources, internal business partners, audit personnel and government agencies as needed with minimal supervision. - The Latin America Payroll Manager participates in country, regional, and global payroll initiatives; providing subject matter expertise as needed - This role is accountable to deliver payroll results that are timely, accurate, and compliant with country and local regulatory requirements. - This role is accountable to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality payroll outcomes and serves as functional leader and subject matter expert with regards to client's payroll standards and LAA/country specific regulations. - This role will be responsible of direct oversight of LAA Payroll team, will partner with local & regional leadership to meet regional & local specific goals and will maintain LAA Payroll team aligned with client Global Payroll goals/landscape. Qualifications - Minimum Qualifications - Minimum of 8-10 years end-to-end payroll/benefits experience preferably in a large corporation or outsourced/BPO environment with hands on payroll administration experience in the LATAM region (Required). - Vendor Management Experience Required SAP, ADP GlobalView, ADP Streamline, ADP Celergo, Workday, Kronos, Time & Labor/Timekeeping platforms - Bachelor's Degree required - Preferred fields Accounting, Finance, Human Resources • Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Portuguese & English) Desired requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Self-starter with willingness to take initiative, support strategic priorities, take ownership of assigned projects/initiatives and contribute to results and ability to work with a minimum supervision - Advanced interpersonal skills with ability to thrive in a diverse, fast paced, dynamic and global environment - Must be able to multitask and have excellent organizational and time management skills Detailed/analytical skills (high attention to detail) - Strong mindset focusing on identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements.
