Responsibilities The Opportunity Establishing the Strategies for the E2E Program (Andean Sector) & connecting with stakeholders to ensure the productivity plan; manage E2E projects through PS Tool & define governance for all projects. Create Financial Models to align opportunities in Strategic P&L Accounts (Andean Sector). Your Impact Lead Andean COGS productivity governance by connecting with stakeholders to drive the productivity plan through the full pipeline cycle, including ideation (workshops, benchmarks), valuation (cost-benefit analysis), prioritization (transformational vs. base projects), team consolidation, and project execution support. Own the Boomerang strategy and execution across the Andean region to ensure cost avoidance, AOP delivery, and an efficient E2E return network: Maximize returns across all channels. Coordinate carton redesign efforts with local/regional R&D, Quality, Operations, Procurement, Go-to-Market, and Global teams. Support negotiations with trade partners, wholesalers, and distributors to boost returns. Design cost-effective carton classification, backhaul, and recovery processes with local operations. Lead the implementation of plastic boxes in pre-sale DTS, aiming for 100% return and scaling to other channels. Ensure regional visibility and alignment on all cardboard-related initiatives and their impact. Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to COGS and Boomerang objectives, driving process efficiencies and fostering a cost-conscious culture. Ensure timely visibility of progress, risks, and opportunities using Business Intelligence from both OU and sector. Maintain alignment with global productivity guidelines and Boomerang model to scale best practices across countries. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Identify inefficiencies or redundancies that increase costs or reduce operational effectiveness. Benchmark internal processes and scale improvement opportunities regionally. Demonstrate strong expertise in cost and impact analysis. Build and sustain cross-functional relationships at all organizational levels. Communicate effectively across diverse audiences, from frontline teams to leadership. Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives with strong planning and organizational skills. Analyze complex data and transform it into clear, actionable insights. Show leadership in team-building and stakeholder alignment. Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced), SAP, and working knowledge of Power BI. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
