Our vision is to create a learner-centric, data-driven, and skills-led ecosystem that fosters continuous development, supports strategic business priorities, and enhances organizational growth. **Role Description:** The Learning Tech & Process Optimization team seeks a motivated and curious Full-Stack Developer with expertise in cloud native development, CI/CD, and quality assurance practices. **Responsibilities:** - Write and optimize SQL queries in the HANA Database. - Apply quality assurance practices, including testing, debugging, and test-driven development. - Support DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins. - Contribute to migration projects from Hana XSJS to CAP. - Maintain and optimize ETL processes using SAP Data Intelligence and Python. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of ETL solutions. - Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance. - Work with Access Request tools to define roles and authorization concepts. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment. - Hands-on experience with SQL (HANA, MSSQL, or MySQL), Java, or Node.js. - Solid understanding and experience in Agile Software Engineering principles. - Solid understanding of backend development and deployment methodologies. - Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance practices. - Experience or interest in ETL processes and backend technologies like Hana XSJS is a plus. - Fluency in written and spoken English.
