Involves handling packages within an operation including manual handling, sort activities, screening, and completing related administration or paperwork. General job description: 1. Loads and unloads company ULD (unit loading device) and vehicles in a safe manner. 2. Audits size and weight of packages and boxes. Sort packages. 3. Ensures the use of safety equipment and full compliance with FedEx safety policies, procedures, norms, rules, and practices. 4. Handles packages to sort. 5. Ensures safety of FedEx and customer property. 6. Operates company vehicles safely and securely when required. 7. Picks up and delivers packages as needed. 8. Monitors and participates in organizing the work environment. 9. Performs other duties as assigned.
