As an **Accounts Receivable Specialist**, you will encounter various challenges in this role: - Verify the status of assigned accounts. - Contact assigned accounts to ensure the company's cash flow and maintain both the overall and individual collection indicators in good standing. - Ensure that billing is being conducted properly with all the required information from the client (e.g., reference, verification document for statements...). - Effectively communicate with the client to address any questions regarding billing and statements.
