Job Description As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional, globally distributed teams to plan, manage, and deliver complex digital transformation initiatives. You will act as the bridge between business and technology, managing the full lifecycle of products and projects-from ideation to delivery-while ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic goals. Responsibilities - Partner with clients, strategists, architects, and experience leads to define strategy, and value-driven roadmaps. - Define, document, and implement optimal team structures and delivery approaches using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. - Drive discovery workshops, customer journey mapping, market/user research, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. - Own and manage the backlog; write and prioritize user stories, accept features, and ensure delivery aligns with roadmap and value objectives. - Coordinate planning sessions, manage risk, and resolve dependencies across multiple workstreams. - Lead stakeholder communication, ensuring technical and non-technical parties are aligned and informed. - Translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating closely with system architects and engineers. - Act as a trusted advisor, enacting lasting change in client delivery models and ways of working. - Monitor and manage commercial metrics including budgets, burn rates, leakage, and margins. - Support and influence internal and client leadership through consultative delivery management. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in project/program management within digital consulting or transformation environments. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver enterprise-grade solutions. - Strong background in managing full product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, MVP, development, and launch. - Comfortable driving business case development and presenting to C-level stakeholders. - Working knowledge of modern enterprise platforms, cloud, microservices, DevOps, APIs, experience management, and digital architecture. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Python or similar technologies is a plus - Expert in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and experienced in hybrid or traditional waterfall environments. - Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. - Able to influence without authority and gain trust across all levels of an organization. - Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Additional Information Nice to Have - Certifications: Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, Product Owner. - Experience writing Statements of Work (SoW) and contributing to RFPs or sales proposals. - Experience in digital agencies or consulting environments. - Domain knowledge in Financial Services or Healthcare is highly desirable.
