Job Description Reporting to the F&B Manager, responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of the Bar Team, ensuring the smooth running of the profitable bar operation. Inspire and lead the bar team to deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations, ensuring each guest enjoys a unique and memorable experience. Mentor and develop the skills of the bar team, fostering growth in mixology expertise and customer service excellence. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve revenue growth and profitability goals. Assist with scheduling, sales incentives, training, and other outlet responsibilities to maintain smooth operations and motivate the team. Continuously evaluate and enhance the bar's offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events. Create and promote bar menus to increase revenues. Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and all equipment is operational. Qualifications Proven experience as Assistant Bar Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role within a luxury brand. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, outgoing personality, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Passion for creating innovative and visually appealing cocktails, with a deep understanding of mixology, ingredients, and techniques.
