Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Front-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Product Designer to transform high-fidelity designs and prototypes into fully functional, responsive web interfaces. The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience and modern web technologies, with a solid understanding of secure, data-driven front-end architecture. Key responsibilities: * Translate UI/UX designs provided by the Product Designer into high-quality, reusable code. * Build responsive layouts that work across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms. * Integrate front-end components with APIs and SQL Server data sources to display dynamic content. * Use C#, Razor Pages, MVC, or Blazor to develop interactive, data-driven components. * Implement component-level access control based on roles and permissions stored in the database. * Ensure secure authentication flows using Microsoft Authenticator and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). * Collaborate with backend developers to structure queries, stored procedures, and optimize data retrieval. * Work on the marketing website (WordPress-based), contributing to front-end customization and minor PHP development as needed. * Maintain and improve version control hygiene using Git and source control best practices. * Participate in CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps. * Ensure performance, security, and accessibility compliance for all components. Required skills & experience: * Experience with C#, .NET, MVC, Razor Pages, or Blazor. * Experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data in the front end. * Experience retrieving and binding SQL Server data to UI components via APIs or direct model binding. * Understanding of database-driven role-based access control and UI personalization. * Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Authenticator, and identity provider integration. * Working knowledge of WordPress front-end customization and basic PHP editing. * Version control expertise using Git and Git-based workflows (feature branches, pull requests). * Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for task tracking and CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of Google Analytics. Nice to have: * Prior experience working in secure or enterprise-level environments. * Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles. * Experience with modular CSS or CSS-in-JS patterns. * Exposure to SQL views or stored procedure. Work environment: * Collaborative team environment with designers, product managers, and backend developers. * Full support and onboarding. * Agile / 2-week sprints.
