We’re Hiring: Senior Recruiter – Bogotá (Remote for now, Hybrid Possible) Are you a skilled recruiter with a passion for finding top talent and delivering results? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Recruiter with 4–5 years of experience who lives in Bogotá and thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment. This role is 100% remote for now (hybrid possible in the future) and offers the exciting opportunity to recruit for diverse staff-level roles across multiple industries—mainly for clients based in the U.S. and Canada . What you’ll do: Own the end-to-end recruitment process —from job posting to offer. Create compelling job descriptions and manage postings via our ATS and top job boards. Actively headhunt and source passive candidates— this is not an in-house recruiting role! Design interview processes tailored to each position and lead candidate interviews. Collaborate with U.S.-based clients to share updates, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver high-quality results. What we’re looking for: Based in Bogotá and available to work full-time (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM). C1 English level – you’ll speak and write in English daily with U.S.-based clients and candidates. Strong experience in headhunting , cold hiring, and client management . Prior experience recruiting for a U.S.-based recruitment agency is a major plus . Experience in sales recruitment is a big plus. Sharp instincts for spotting talent, excellent communication skills, and a self-starter mindset.
