Job Duties and Responsibilities: Understand business priorities by conducting Business Need Analysis and identifying areas for Learning & Development interventions aligned with central strategies. Develop holistic Learning & Development strategies for all functions and departments, including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Logistics, RA, Finance, HR, and other admin roles. This includes designing training (classroom, online, on-the-job training, coaching), assigning learning modules (internal & external resources like online courses, webinars, seminars), and facilitating mentor interactions with senior leaders. Conduct Training Need Analysis by engaging with regional heads, line managers, central marketing teams, regional product managers, and through online surveys involving sales team members. Perform periodic competency mapping for team members using assessment tools. Design and customize training modules for all functional teams, aligning with central training modules and strategies, and translating content into regional languages for effective delivery and internalization. Deliver engaging training sessions to ensure positive learning experiences and outcomes. Coordinate with line managers and conduct on-the-job coaching sessions before and after training to facilitate effective learning based on Kolb's experiential learning cycle stages. Assist the team in psychographic segmentation of customers and coordinate with regional product managers and line managers to implement business initiatives like DGM, CME, Camps, etc. Conduct psychometric analysis throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, succession planning, and promotions. Integrate Learning & Development activities with performance management, succession planning, talent growth, and competency development aligned with business goals. Evaluate training initiatives using the Kirkpatrick Model (Levels 1-4: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, Results), considering both financial and non-financial parameters. Prepare reports on Learning & Development activities, manage intervention data (training data, feedback forms, budget allocation, etc.). Qualifications: Required: Bachelor of Science / Pharmacy / Doctor / Nurses or equivalent, with knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, Pathophysiology, and Pharmacology. Preferred: Master of Science, MBA in Marketing/HR/International Business or equivalent certifications. Experience: Required: 3-5 years in pharmaceutical sales & marketing roles such as Medical Sales Representative, KAM, Supervisor, with proven sales records. Preferred: Experience as a Training Manager or conducting training as a Supervisor, Area Manager, or ACM.
