Job summary We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our team in Bogotá, D.C. This is a full-time hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home two days per week. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications using .NET C# and Angular. - Design, create, and optimize RESTful APIs and system integrations. - Architect scalable and sustainable solutions while ensuring performance and security. - Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and deployment automation. - Work with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or Azure AKS). - Monitor and optimize applications in production environments. - Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure high-quality deliveries. - Write unit and integration tests to maintain code robustness. - Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices. Requirements: - Strong experience in backend development with .NET Core and C#. - knowledge of Angular (latest versions) or React. - Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), CosmosDB, and caching systems like Redis. - Hands-on experience in DevOps: CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and automation. - Experience with Docker - Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT). - Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Application Insights). - Proficiency in automated testing practices (xUnit, NUnit, Jest for Angular). - Understanding of application security and secure development best practices. - Strong communication skills. Nice to Have: - Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture. - Experience with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - Experience with Kubernetes.
