Responsibilities - Publish vacancies on employment platforms and social networks. - Carry out recruitment and selection processes in Spanish and English. - Coordinate interviews, psychometric and technical tests, ensuring the registration of progress in the database. - Generate recruitment metrics reports (KPIs). - Maintain effective communication with internal leaders and candidates during the process. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and labour regulations. - Participate in strategies for continuous improvement of the recruitment process. Requirements - Professional in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration or related career. - Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment and selection. - Advanced English (essential, level C1). - Knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job portals). - Experience in competency-based interviews and psychometric tests. - Organisational skills and ability to handle multiple processes at the same time.
