As Core Marketing Manager, you will join the Latin American Marketing Team to lead Consumer Marketing initiatives for Colombia, aiming to continue building the value and preference of our brand with consumers and clients while growing Visa’s revenue and business. This role is responsible for developing marketing objectives, strategies, and programs in the Colombian Market, as well as the as the development and execution of the overall Consumer Marketing & Innovation agenda (including Social and gaming) for Colombia, while achieving targets, maximizing brand equity and synergizing marketing spending efforts. **Responsibilities** **Marketing Strategy and Execution** - Identify marketing opportunities with multiple audiences to develop co-marketing strategies and programs to drive increased Visa business - Oversee all aspects of marketing plans, including promotions, events, marketing communications, sponsorships/partnerships, digital marketing, and sales support for the market - Based on Consumer insights, develop and deploy comprehensive Marketing plans with clear KPIs and outcomes to guarantee Visa Brand sustained growth in Colombian market - Execute the marketing strategy and campaign development, including media plan execution, and agency engagements for Core Marketing initiatives in Colombia. - Lead the development and implementation of Innovation initiatives in Colombia mainly focused on (1) Social Strategy development and execution to guarantee consistency and brand engagement in social owned channels. (2) Gaming strategy : Develop and deploy strategies to increase Visa equity among Gaming and Gen Z. - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for Visa's activities in conjunction with Account Executives and all key external and internal stakeholders. - Participate in sales pitch presentations and develop marketing plans to support new business deals - Reimagine the Social Media marketing strategy bringing your knowledge and creativity to look for innovative ways to capitalize our social, digital, and mobile channels - Frame and conduct analyses and research needed to support annual strategic plan and/or marketing plans development - Work closely with the Marketing hub team and internal partners to leverage marketing opportunities - Support client-marketing initiatives working with client marketing function to generate deep understanding of the client’s marketplace including client's business, client’s financial model, and client’s marketing objectives - Understand Visa´s business objectives, business model and strategies in order to propose winner Marketing plans and initiatives to support Colombia´s Business growth. - Manage our key partnership with our brand agency and media buying agency from strategy, plan development, channel planning, data analysis and media optimization to push our marketing evolution upstream especially in the digital and social fields. **Be a great Team Player and Functional Partner** - Inspire, coordinate, and motivate local agency partners to deliver best in class marketing programs - Act as an owner in all related to marketing Colombia to support other teams: sales, merchants, product, analytics, finance, among others. - Develop best in class marketing programs, with a clear strategic and business approach and contribute to a “Go Beyond” marketing team. **Be a solid company steward**: - Be accountable for managing marketing the Colombia Core Marketing budget, reporting, budget/contractual commitment tracking, and marketing program performance metric reporting, - Ensure compliance and process correctness of Visa key controls and brand standards. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. **Qualifications** - 7+ years of brand, digital and trade marketing experience, preferably in a multi-national company. - Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD). - Analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to break large problems down into smaller, solvable problems, and gather the data/input you need to solve them - Strong analytical skills and experience working with brand indicators, consumer insights and business metrics in order to inform strategy, planning and decision making. - You can structure, ma
