The Opportunity Support Project Manager in all financial and commercial matters and actively drive the project’s performance. Assigned to multiple smaller projects. How You'll Make An Impact Support the tender manager on financial aspects, contribute to negotiations on commercial issues, and provide feedback in the local risk review process. Provide input on financial aspects of the Project Execution Plan. Prepare project invoices, financial accounting, and reporting (including project site accounting). Drive and seek optimization of Project Cash Flow, Revenues, and GM contribution with the Project Director. Oversee currency risk, bonds and guarantees, and tax issues. Be responsible for the accuracy of the project balance sheet and income statement, cash flow, and monthly/quarterly forecasts. Participate in opportunity/risk identification, monitor that all required mitigation actions are timely implemented, and collaborate with the Project Manager on all financial aspects of the project, including estimating at completion, cost-to-complete, forecasted revenues and cash flow, risks and opportunities assessment, and ensuring alignment with other functions such as Project Controls and planning/scheduling. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or similar. 0 - 3 years of experience. Experience in project management, financial planning, accounting, cost management, and financial administration of contracts. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Experience with SAP ERP is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and Project.
