Position Overview: We’re looking for an Amazon Reporting and Analysis Expert who can transform raw data into strategic business insights. This is a high-impact role within our fast-paced Amazon agency, supporting client success through intelligent reporting, performance tracking, and data storytelling. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Account Managers, and Operations to deliver clean, actionable reports that drive smarter decision-making and continuous account growth. APPLICATIO FORM: https://form.jotform.com/241055890144050 Key Duties: Data Management & Reporting - Collect, clean, and validate data from Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, and other internal systems and software. - Develop automated reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar tools. - Ensure 100% accuracy and consistency in all data outputs. - Maintain and improve existing reporting systems to enhance efficiency. Performance Analysis & Insights - Analyze sales, advertising, inventory, and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to account managers and leadership. - Track KPIs and evaluate the impact of strategies, promotions, and operational changes. Dashboard Creation & Visualization - Build clear, user-friendly dashboards that tell the “story” behind the data. - Present complex data in a visually engaging way that supports decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with account managers, operations, and marketing teams to ensure data insights are applied effectively. - Respond quickly to ad hoc data and reporting requests with accurate, insightful outputs. Requirements: Must-Have Skills & Experience - 3+ years in a data analysis or reporting role (Amazon experience strongly preferred). - Proven track record of delivering accurate reports and actionable insights. - Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, macros). - Proficiency in at least one BI/visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets. - Exceptional attention to detail—errors in data are unacceptable. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Nice-to-Have - Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads reporting. - Knowledge of SQL or data querying languages. - Experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing analytics.
