What will I be doing? As a Second Cook, you will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place in the kitchen and assisting the First Cook. Specifically, your responsibilities include: Preparing the mise en place in the kitchen Setting up orders for sales points Ensuring organization and hygiene in the kitchen Preparing food using appropriate cooking techniques under supervision Storing and checking the validity of food Assisting other departments when necessary Transmitting shift change information and previous shift details Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor What are we looking for?
