Job Description Perform a variety of responsibilities to process payroll in Colombia or any other LATAM sites. Makes all processes in an accurate and efficient manner. Is fast in response time and has the required technical skills. Knows how to manually calculate salaries, statutory deductions, Reports to government institutions and all related to payroll. Know how to calculate contract terminations in all categories Have experience in all payroll fields Have worked with a payroll system and knows how to manually validate if calculations are been made accurately. Know how to process and report social security payroll, pension fund Payroll, process income tax report, monthly and yearly Keeps updated in law changes-constantly monitoring changes. Ensure the process accuracy of hours entered into the timekeeping system. Process Human Resources updates/changes into payroll system. Makes all payroll related maintenance. Research and resolve all situations that arise between employees and corresponding agencies. Works closely with site Human Resources regarding the resolution of payroll issues. Respond to Payroll mailbox email inquiries and/or forward to appropriate personnel. All other related duties as assigned.
