As a UX Researcher, you'll play a vital role in fueling a customer-centric approach throughout product development. The UX Research team at Arrive focuses on deeply understanding the needs and experiences of our users, leading product discovery, and validating solutions. Through insights, we empower product teams and leadership to make better decisions for design, development, and strategy. - Conduct qualitative & quantitative research using various methods - Triangulate research findings with other data sources to build holistic insights - Partner with designers and product managers to translate findings into ideas and actions - Consult with product teams to understand research needs and create tactical research roadmaps - Leverage AI across the research lifecycle to accelerate efforts to understand customers and users We're looking for a skilled UX Researcher to join our small and agile team that works across business units and product spaces. Your work will focus on our Parking business unit, driving user-centricity and innovation in parking apps and parking management for drivers, cities, and private parking operators. As a successful candidate, you'll have: - Solid experience in designing and conducting qualitative research studies using various methods - Experience in conducting quantitative research projects (survey design & analysis, combination of perception and behavioral data) - Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights in an engaging way to product teams and product leadership - Experience balancing multiple concurring research projects focused on creating impact - Experience in storytelling and framework creation as means to communicate insights Fluency in English is required for this position. This role is based in Colombia and offers a hybrid office/remote setup.
