Sales Specialists play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Electrification business area, focused on delivering sustainable solutions to global challenges. Key Responsibilities - Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. - Communicate details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions to customers, aligned with ABB's offering and strategy. - Develop and implement efficient marketing activities to showcase the value proposition to customers. - Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. - Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities as needed. About You We are looking for highly skilled Sales Specialists with knowledge of electricity, including switchboards and distributors, and medium voltage products. Experience in the industrial and mining market in Medellin and surrounding areas is essential. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in similar positions, be passionate about proactivity, leadership, communication, networking, creative opportunity creation, demand generation, and collaborative work. Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering or related careers is required. Proficiency in English and Spanish at an intermediate level is also necessary.
