Responsibilities and more: We’re building a team of Business Development Representatives to support one of our clients—a global leader in the distribution of automotive and industrial parts. In this role, you won’t just manage existing accounts—you’ll proactively re-engage past business customers, uncover current needs, and drive new sales opportunities through strategic outreach and personalized product offers. This is a great opportunity for experienced sales professionals who thrive in outbound, relationship-driven environments and want to make a tangible impact by helping businesses get the products they need to operate efficiently. What you’ll do: Proactively reach out to business customers who haven’t purchased recently. Identify their current needs and understand the reasons behind their inactivity. Recommend relevant products and promotions to encourage repeat business. Build strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients. Position yourself as a trusted advisor—not just a salesperson. What we’re looking for: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to build rapport quickly via phone and email. Comfortable with outbound outreach and working in a remote environment. Base salary of USD $1,700/month. Performance-based commissions.
