Technical Expertise Opportunity This role focuses on delivering exceptional technical support to enhance customer satisfaction for the Honda brand. The goal is to provide timely resolutions of warranty and transport claims while upholding superior customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Offer premium aftersales technical support to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction for Honda. 2. Process warranty and transport claim submissions from authorized dealers in a prompt and efficient manner. 3. Strategically promote customer retention and satisfaction through outstanding customer service support. 4. Carry out daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor, meeting expectations. 5. Collect relevant information to support internal units, sections, departments, or divisions according to their functional responsibilities. 6. Implement process improvements by actively utilizing the PDCA cycle based on unit, section, department, or division responsibilities. 7. Assume additional projects, tasks, and duties assigned by superiors as needed. Qualifications: Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering is required.
