Silver Lining is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and communications-savvy PR Manager to join our Brand Team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution and creativity—managing projects, crafting compelling content, coordinating across teams, and elevating our global brand presence as we support small business owners around the world. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee projects related to Silver Lining's Brand team communication efforts to ensure timely and successful execution, aligning with the organization's strategic goals. Plan, organize, and coordinate events, ensuring smooth logistics, engaging programming, and impactful outcomes that align with the brand’s mission. Develop high-quality written content for various platforms, including articles, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts, ensuring consistency in tone and brand messaging. Leadadministrative and operational efforts, such as maintaining content calendars, organizing campaign assets, and coordinating deliverables across teams Execute public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation, including crafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and managing crisis communications. Track, analyze, and report on social media, email, and article performance metrics to optimize engagement and drive measurable results. Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Quickly learn and adapt communication techniques and tools to meet the evolving needs of campaigns, platforms, and audience preferences. Master our team collaboration software, Podio. Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions. Proactively support Silver Lining's Brand team in ongoing and future initiatives, contributing ideas, strategies, and improvements to ensure continued success. Collaborate on the creation and execution of innovative marketing and branding campaigns to further Silver Lining's mission of supporting small businesses globally. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Silver Lining remains a leader in modern communications and brand management. Core Skills: Project Management: Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion. Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills for developing compelling content across various platforms (articles, blogs, newsletters, social media). Public Relations Expertise: Experience crafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and managing reputation-enhancing strategies. Event Planning: Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute events, managing logistics and delivering impactful outcomes. Technical Skills: Performance Analysis: Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and interpreting social media and content performance metrics to optimize engagement. Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools, particularly Podio or similar project management platforms. Social Media Management: Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for driving engagement and tracking results. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Ability to monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable solutions. Interpersonal and Adaptive Skills: Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Extreme Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and focus when managing content, campaigns, and reports. Collaboration: Ability to work well with diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Quick Learner: Eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and best practices, adapting quickly to the changing needs of campaigns and audiences.
