Overview and main functions We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team. Based in Bogotá -Colombia, with the objective of identifying and developing improvements in manufacturing processes through lean projects that reduce costs associated with manufacturing and improve the productivity of the production plant. Carry out permanent monitoring of the productivity behavior in each of the sections in charge and take actions to improve industrial efficiencies. Maintain updated information on manufacturing routes and operating standards that ensure optimal and profitable manufacturing of products. Carry out verification and monitoring of the development of new MPs and new products. Main Responsibilities 1. Develop improvement projects and actions focused on optimizing production processes and reducing production costs. 2. Plan, execute and monitor the projects established within the Capex investments of each year. 3. Support the training and development of the personnel in charge. 4. Ensure and standardize production processes.
