**DESCRIPTION**: RTRC Colombia, based in Bogotá, Colombia seeks to employ a highly skilled Requirement Specialist. The main responsibilities of a Requirement Specialist are: Supporting the development team in transferring business requirements based on use cases and work clusters into features and / or product backlog items. Collaborating to define software requirements from the use cases and work clusters. Prioritizing the requirements backlog and verification of implemented functionalities. Defining development iterations for product. Explaining product backlog items and promote a mutual understanding. Validating the development iterations. Gathering feedback for the development team and stakeholders based on live demos. Supporting transfer of results to the users and to the lifecycle management (documentation, User Acceptance Test, Training and rollout). **REQUIREMENTS**: 2+ Years of relevant software development experience. Advanced knowledge in requirements engineering. Good presentation skills (complex technical correlations, decision templates). Advanced knowledge in written and spoken English. Ability to present complex ideas in a coherent manner. Good understanding of technical correlations. Good understanding of whole product lifecycle. **Preferred but not required** Certified SCRUM Product Owner.
