Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Main Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person - Resolve issues related to orders, claims management, returns, and recalls - Liaise with internal teams to facilitate issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders and track shipments - Review and correct invoices as necessary Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/Salesforce
