We are searching for our next** Commercial Analyst **who will be responsible for gathering finnancial and operational data about organization clients to suppor GPO Latam Salesforce. **What you will do: **Deliver reports and analyses to GPO Sales and commercial management. Connecting the dots by synthesizing data from various sources reducing data ambiguity and providing clear insights that support informed decisions regarding commercial and financial performance. Provide meaningfull analyses that expose challenges and opportunities regarding optimization of efficiency and commercial performance. Cooperating on a daily basis with Commercial Managers, Sales people, Commercial Finance team, Salesforce Team, Platform managers, Product managers and BI specialists across the organization. Own, manage and Improve all GPO Commercial related Sales* and Merchant** performance reporting for GPO Sales Make dashboards and manage relevant systems like Tableau/DWH/SFDC. Increase data accuracy and data integrity, and enable end-to-end process automation. Optimize data elements and information flows between commercial systems like SFDC in relation to DWH and PayU processing platforms. Increase the overall self-serve reporting skills and capabilities of the Sales team members through training and simplification of reporting Create sales proposals, search for products and solutions with little supervision and infomatio. (*) Financial actuals and forecast vs budget and target reporting is out of scope. But this role is expected to co-operate intensely with the Commercial finance team to align on the numbers and simplify the reporting efforts towards the same objectives (**) Merchant facing financial reporting directly out of platforms will also still be supported by data warehouse team. This role is expected to know and optimize the data and information flows of the platforms and drive necessary alignment between data elements of the platforms vs SFDC and DWH. Settlement related reporting is also out of scope and will remain with Existing BI team **What you'll need to succeed: **Business administrator, economist, industrial engineer or similar bachelors degree. +2 years experience in the fintech industry is a plus. Highly skilled professional with experience in at least one of the following visualization and business analysis softwares (Tableau, Power BI) Familiar with Salesforce Proficient user of excel.
