We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance SME to lead testing execution and support automation strategy implementation based on our priorities. You will collaborate with your QV team and other departments to develop evolving solutions for our products. You will also promote software & game quality within a distributed team across multiple locations. Sharing your QA experience, you will influence and learn within our community. Together, we will manage software testing processes to ensure the highest quality. You will report to the Development Director and work onsite in Bogotá. Responsibilities Lead and execute advanced testing and automation strategies aligned with company priorities. Partner with the quality engineering team to apply automation and tools to improve QA processes and testing value. Develop and implement robust quality standards across projects. Conduct investigations and root cause analyses to support quality improvements. Translate product vision into actionable tests during planning sessions. Optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness using strategies and tools. Contribute to workflows, quality requirements, and procedures to advance excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product and business challenges. Align key quality metrics and ensure KPIs are met. Facilitate strategic communication and quality initiatives across the product ecosystem. Report on quality progress, initiatives, and challenges to the Development Director. Lead quality assurance community objectives, mentoring, and innovation initiatives to promote team growth. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in quality assurance. Confidence to communicate effectively at all levels and provide guidance in your area of expertise. Experience working in collaborative, multi-location, and multi-time zone teams. Experience mentoring and leading teams. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and driving innovation for efficiency and effectiveness.
