Job Summary As an Operations Supplies Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing operational materials for our delivery partners in Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay. Your expertise will drive budget planning, procurement processes, data analysis, and engagement support. Key Responsibilities: - Manage departmental budgets and control related expenses. - Negotiate with logistics and supplies suppliers to secure terms, deadlines, and quality. - Handle purchase requests and order control processes efficiently. - Monitor usage and performance indicators of materials used by delivery partners. - Analyze supply coverage and identify areas for improvement. - Develop data-driven insights using SQL queries and extracts. - Collaborate with local teams across LATAM to ensure seamless communication. - Support engagement campaigns through digital communication tools. Requirements: - Fluency in English (en). - Excellent attitude and strong work ethic. - Experience in budget control and procurement processes. - Proficiency in SQL for data analysis. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Familiarity with communication tools like Braze (or similar) is a plus.
