Job Summary: We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service (Logistics Coordinator) to support our logistics operations by assisting clients, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved. Key Responsibilities: Support customers by responding to inquiries about shipments and logistics services Coordinate shipments with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams Track orders and proactively share updates with clients Address and resolve customer questions or concerns in a calm and helpful way Maintain accurate records in our internal systems Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the logistics process What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills English level B2 or higher (spoken and written) At least 8 months of experience in customer service, contact centers, or similar roles A team player with a proactive and positive attitude Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools Experience in logistics is a plus but not required What We Offer: Permanent contract with long-term growth opportunities Monday to Friday – no weekends!
