Key Account Manager – Franchising Business Job Summary: The Key Account Manager will drive the growth of our franchising business by engaging potential franchisees, explaining the business model, and guiding them through the entire process—from prospecting to deal closure. You will manage the sales funnel, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure successful franchisee onboarding and outlet launch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop an in-depth understanding of franchising business models, competitors, and market offerings. 2. Identify and reach out to prospective franchisees, convincing them to become franchise partners. 3. Act as the key enabler from franchise model explanation to deal closure, ensuring smooth execution with internal teams. 4. Own the funnel management process, driving activities that lead to increased conversions and improving the funnel-to-conversion ratio. Qualifications: 1. 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Franchise Development (Preferably in Industries like food and beverage, retail). 2. Proven track record in franchise sales and B2B/B2C account management. 3. Entrepreneurial mindset with a "go-getter" attitude and a passion for scaling businesses. 4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with experience coordinating across multiple teams. 6. Results-driven with a high level of ownership and accountability. 7. Willingness to travel for franchisee support and business development. Skills: 1.
