We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives and strengthen our presence in international markets. This role is key to driving audience growth, managing high-quality content, and collaborating with influencers to maximize campaign impact. Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand influence and drive audience growth in international markets. Plan and deliver high-quality social media content, leveraging trending topics to maximize engagement and reach. Oversee influencer marketing initiatives, ensuring creativity, quality, and campaign effectiveness. Manage and optimize the social media content team, improving workflows for efficient execution and timely, high-quality content delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives and ensure seamless campaign execution. Requirements 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in multinational companies or the 3C industry. Strong skills in social media strategy planning and creative content development , with deep knowledge of platform mechanics and trends. Excellent content sense, capable of creating highly engaging content and capitalizing on social media trends. Experience in KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management is a plus, with strong communication, negotiation, and partnership management skills. Proven experience in team management and cross-department collaboration , with strong execution skills to drive projects efficiently. Strong logical thinking and time management skills , with a detail-oriented approach to maintaining campaign momentum. Fluent in English , with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
