IntouchCX is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Analytics to support the Global Executive Team, Vice Presidents of Operations, and Customer Experience Team in designing, developing, managing and delivering Insights & Analytics projects to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes for efficiency and effortlessness. **As Senior Manager of Business Analytics, You Will** - Design, manage, and present Insights & Analytics projects that identify trends and root cause analysis for a portfolio of client partners - Support streamlining data collection and data reporting to serve the Insights needs of IntouchCX and its clients - Identify opportunities within quality assessments and the quality assurance process to ensure calibration and data accuracy - Design and develop metrics, reports, and analyses to drive key business decisions - Coordinate with IT teams to build necessary Insights & Analytics components - Develop solutions, strategies and action plans to improve business performance and client success - Keep up to date with the current business model and processes of the company - Responsible for data mining and hypothesis generation - Contribute actively to internal meetings as requested - Must be able to interact with external partners and develop long term relationships - Ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness of deliverables for assigned projects **Requirements**: **As Senior Manager of Business Analytics, You Have** - Post-secondary degree, or certificate, with a focus in a related discipline (required) - Project management experience - Familiar with multi factor regression models and correlation methodologies - Experience with statistical analysis is considered an asset - Experience with data storytelling and visualization - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Team player with creative problem-solving, analytical and project management skills - Possess exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills to complete work in a timely manner - Self-motivated and goal oriented - Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds - Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy - Ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment - Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel is considered an asset Any and all personal information collected is held in the strictest confidence and in accordance with all applicable Privacy Laws.
